Exhibitor Services

Our exhibits services department will consult with your exhibitors and allied meeting groups to determine their equipment requirements.  Once equipment requirements are finalized, the exhibitor and/or allied meeting group will be directed to the appropriate online ordering website to process their order.

To process exhibit equipment rental orders, please log on to www.davisexhibits.com.  For allied and ICW meeting group equipment orders, please log on to www.davispresenters.com.  All customers will be instructed to create a user name and password upon entering the website.  Select the appropriate event that you will be attending and follow the ordering process completely.  Once the order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation of your order.  Orders must be processed at least (10) days prior to the event to insure pricing.
