Exhibitor Services

Our exhibit services department will consult with your exhibitors and allied groups to determine their requirements.  Once requirements are finalized, a written confirmation is sent to each customer indicating specific equipment ordered unit pricing, and delivery fee.  Our "Show Rates" include all event days plus one set-up day.  A list of current exhibit order forms is located on the left of the screen for your convenience.

To process your order please complete the exhibitor rental order form and fax to 303.480.9818.  Once your order has been processed a written confirmation will be forwarded to you.  Orders must be received at least (10) days prior to event to insure pricing.  For all other questions please call 1.800.572.1220.
